Is Hennessy Wood solid or engineered hardwood?
The lines we carry are engineered — a real wood wear layer over a stable core. That construction handles Southern California slab foundations and humidity swings better than solid plank, and it can go over most existing subfloors.
Can I put hardwood over a concrete slab?
In most cases, yes. We test the slab for moisture first and use the right underlayment or adhesive for the result. If the slab is not a good candidate, we will tell you before you order material.
How long does an install take?
It depends on the size of the job, the condition of the subfloor and any stairs or custom trim involved. We will give you a schedule with your written estimate.
What does a Hennessy floor cost installed?
Price depends on the collection, the square footage and how much prep the subfloor needs. Send your rooms below and we will come measure and put a real number in writing — not a range.
